Welcome to the second NACE News!

In August we introduced NACE, its Vision, Mission and Goals and highlighted some of our implemented actions. With this volume, we would like follow-up and inform you about how NACE developed since.

Special Note: Please pay attention to ongoing calls by Goethe Institut (closing date 20th of March) and the Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (IFA).

We are very happy that our network grew with the first meeting of an Egyptian subnetwork in October 2017. We invited the main actors in Civic Education in Egypt and are happy that many of them accepted our invitation. You can find a report below for more information on how the meeting developed.

The NACE Steering Committee members Petra Grüne and Moez Ali were invited to participate in the Eastern African Civic Education Forum which took place in Entebbe from 22nd – 24th November 2017.There they presented how NECE and NACE developed and which benefits resulted from the networking. After long and intense discussions the regional participants decided to found their own network CENESA – Civic Education Network for Eastern and Southern Africa. We are following their progress and are looking forward to collaborating.

NACEs Steering Committee worked on further institutionalizing the network and paves the way for the next Civic Education Conference. Stay tuned for further updates!

LOOKING BACK: ACTIVITIES OF NACE & ITS PARTNERS

EGYPTIAN NATIONAL NETWORK FOR CIVIC EDUCATION established: NACE Partners organised Kick-off Meeting in Cairo

The Egyptian National Network for Civic Education stakeholders was initiated under the umbrella of NACE by the Danish Egyptian Dialogue Institute (DEDI), Goethe-Institut and the Tahrir Lounge Goethe. The meeting was hosted by Menan Farag, the Project Officer at DEDI, Mona Shahin, Founder and Director of Tahrir Lounge and Shahdan Arram, Head of Civic Education Program at DEDI, all three NACE Members. The meeting was facilitated by the NACE Advisory Board Member Rana Gaber, the Program Manager of Ambassadors for Dialogue, Egypt.

The objective of the event was to create a platform for Civic Education practitioners in Egypt, providing the opportunity to network, share best practices, discuss common challenges and opportunities, while contributing to the strengthening of Active Citizenship in the country. It was a closed meeting and the invitation was extended to the main actors in Civic Education in Egypt, among which seventeen organizations attended the Event.

The main goals for this network were the purpose of providing the opportunity to network, to share best practices and to discuss common challenges and opportunities, while introducing the participants to the NACE values. The foundation of this network rest on different fact, which include the need for an regional database for NGO’s with several categories. Further the outcome of this confluence were due to some organization limits to get an general overview about various venues for trainings and meetings with affordable prices and guarantee safety. The consultancy should be provided by experts of the network and especially the legal framework should be transparent. The network will arrange a considerate workplan including the fundraising intentions, a reporting system and the design content.

The Egyptian Network for Civic Education considers itself as an opportunity to strengthen networking activities with the attention of Civic Education like Mediation services, studytrips, workshops. But the network will take various offline events under account as well. The exchange and the discussion of new ideas and trends should be focused regularly. Further the rotating system of the organisation will be transparent. In addition partnership buildings activites are vital aspects of networking. In order to share the members’ updates on timely manner an online platform will be funded to grant a regular exchange with the collective projects and activities. Due to the multilingual aspect of Civic Education the translation of the several material is in important matter, just as a mapping of expertise and best practices. The Egyptian Network for Civic Education will provide a platform where all threads come together.

Participation of NACE at the Eastern African Civic Education Forum 2017

22 – 24 November / Uganda

The NACE Supporter Robert Bosch Foundation organized the first Eastern African Civic Education Forum in collaboration with the Ugandan Foundation for Human Rights Initiative, in Entebbe, in November 2017. The Forum brought together 15 of the most influential, young and innovative Eastern and Southern African Civic Education organisations.. The general objectives of the Forum 2017 were to map current challenges and best practices in Civic Education, to provide an opportunity for networking and knowledge sharing among participants and to explore interest in and ideas for possible future collaborations.

The key note speaker Hon. Dr Abdullah Makame (East African Legislative Assembly), reminded the audience of the importance of cooperation, especially in the East African Community (EAC). Since the borders were made by the colonial powers, the East African countries share common values, languages, characteristics and cultures in border communities. He illustrated his arguments by quoting the African proverb “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”

A pre-workshop survey conducted amongst all participants laid the ground for 13 workshop to discuss pressing issues like the involvement of women and girls in CE; how to teach CE in fragmented societies; effective learning methods to unlock young people´s interest; how to establish a culture of peace or whether the political or the economic comes first. Workshop discussions finally led to three main topics that were further elaborated: Sustainability, Innovation and Networking.

NECE and NACE were represented from the NACE Steering Committee Members Mr Moez Ali, Tunisia and Mrs Petra Grüne, Germany, who shared their experience about the benefit of networking and ways to establish them. Further they emphasized the importance to promote solidarity among Civic Education actors (and their sponsors) at all levels, national, regional and international. Participants stressed their interest in an enhancement of the south to south exchange of ideals and experiences on Civic Education via such networks in Africa that would allow sharing of perspectives in the policy formulation processes. Beneath synergies and avoidance of duplication of actions, mutual support in form of peer review, learning, measuring of impact of the actions undertaken and collective advocacy and bargain and to establish a network between NECE, NACE and Civic Education actors in the Eastern and Southern Africa region were mentioned as important potential benefits. These connections would allow structural exchange and advancement of Civic Education programmes and could open access to political framework of bodies such as EU, EAC, Arab League, OECD by joining forces for the sake of Civic Education. In the consequence the participants established a new network: CENESA – Civic Education Network for Eastern and Southern Africa.

A new sister of NACE: CENESA – Civic Education Network for Eastern and Southern Africa

Participants who attended the 1st Civic Education Forum 2017, 22 -24 November 2017 at the Imperial Golf View Hotel, Entebbe, Uganda. The Forum was hosted by Robert-Bosch Stiftung (GmbH) and Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI).

The Resolution to set up CENESA was adopted at the Eastern African Civic Education Forum in Entebbe, Uganda. In the course of the Forum, it became evident that consistent connectivity between Eastern and Southern Africa was lacking. There was thus a need for a platform that enables civic education and youth empowerment organizations across the sub-continent connect, collaborate and cooperate with each other. An Interim Steering Committee (ISC) was appointed to spearhead the creation and formalization of the Network. It is made up of representatives working on democracy and civic education in Malawi, South Africa, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania and Uganda who double as the country specific focal points. The ISC will be expanded to include other countries not represented within the region.

The Founding organizations are Burundi: Observatory of Government Action, Solidarity For Integrated Development- Jjuka (SDI); Kenya: URAIA Trust, Hanns Seidel Foundation, Well Told Story; Malawi: National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE); Rwanda: Human Rights First Rwanda, Association (HRRFRA), Governance for Africa; South Africa: Civics Academy; Tanzania: Youth Partnership Countrywide (YPC); Uganda: Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI), Uganda Youth Network (UYONET), the Founding Partners are: Network for Arab Civic Education (NACE) in TUnisia, German Federal Agency for Civic Education Events Dpt.

NECE Conference 2018

6 – 9 September, 2018
“Brave New World? The Future of Democracy and Citizenship Education”

The NECE Conference 2018 will be held in Marseille from September the 6^th to September the 9^th in cooperation with partners from all over Europe, including the Goethe-Institute Lyon/Marseille.

The programme will be developed over the coming months in close cooperation with the NECE partners, the emerging NACE Network in North Africa and the new Advisory Board.

NECE envisage a rich programme that allows space for debate and the controversies surrounding the state of democracy in Europe, and looks at the reasons why some see it as being under threat. The programme will also feature workshops, present local and transnational projects and showcase artistic inputs.
NECE will regularly update pertinent information on the NECE website (www.bpb.de/netzwork/nece/) and in the NECE Newsletter (www.bpb.de/nece/newsletter).

EUROCLIO 25th Annual Conference 2018

Marseille, France
21-26 April 2018

EUROCLIO – European Association of History Educators is delighted and honoured to organise the 25th Annual Conference and Professional Development and Training Course in from 21-26 April 2018. The conference is hosted and co-organised by EUROCLIO’s co-founding member organisation from France, the Association des Professeurs d’Histoire et de Géographie (APHG). The conference takes place in Marseille, France’s door to the Mediterranean horizon.
To understand the current challenges around the Mediterranean, history, heritage, and citizenship education has a key role to play. That is precisely the reason why EUROCLIO and APHG have decided to choose “Mediterranean Dialogues: Teaching History beyond our Horizons” as the theme for its 25th Annual Conference.
During the 25th Annual Conference, EUROCLIO and APHG hope to welcome between 200 and 250 history, geography, heritage, and citizenship educators and education professionals from all around Europe and the Mediterranean. They will participate in an intensive professional development course; exchanging best practices and obtaining new insights from academia and civil society.
Many of the current challenges in European and Mediterranean societies are rooted in a paradigm of the “clash of civilisations”. However, contrary to this interpretation of the past, the Mediterranean has also been a space for openness and sharing, and for envisioning a common history and a dialogue of civilisations. The conference takes a closer look at the essential role the Mediterranean has played throughout both the faraway and recent past. In Marseille, the port city which finds itself in the vortex of a humanitarian crisis, “Mediterranean Dialogues” presents an opportunity to open a conversation about European Union border policies and the historical context of (forced) migration.
Guided by three main themes, the conference provides a wide range of activities, including on-site learning, active workshops, key-note speeches and panel discussions, and cultural events.

The EUROCLIO Annual Conference is a unique gathering of history, heritage, and citizenship educators. These educators are coming together from over thirty countries in Europe and beyond to learn from each other and to discuss and exchange points of view on theories, practices and the wider context of education.
Traditionally, EUROCLIO’s annual conference is hosted and co-organised by one of its member associations. The 25th edition will be co-organised by French Association of History and Geography Teachers. The organising committee includes representatives from the Lille, Lyon and Marseille branches of the national association.
Mucem (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations), located at the entrance of the Old Harbour of Marseille, is one of the main partners of the conference. Other crucial partners are Musée d’Histoire de Marseille, Lycée Marseilleveyre, Réseau Canopé, the European Parliament Information Office in Marseille, ONAC – Office National des Anciens Combattants et Victimes de Guerre, as well as others.

NACE Steering Committee Member Tahrir Lounge

The Tahrir Lounge @ Goethe (TLG) project is a cultural and educational platform, working on five main thematic areas: Awareness raising, empowerment, creative expressions, active publics, and creating new beginnings.

The project was launched in April 2011 with the slogan “Be positive and participate in the change.” It is a non-profit project with all its activities supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.

Tahrir Lounge seeks to raise awareness and open up new prospects for critical and creative thinking that nurtures a healthy environment for the development of Egypt. This is undertaken by building up capacity and empowering citizen participation. As well as supporting artists and initiators by providing the space and resources for their creativity.

A project with an Egyptian mind and soul

Tahrir Lounge goes beyond working on enhancing human capacities and skills, but to also unleash the positive and creative energies that support pluralistic and tolerant societies. The project works on the encouragement and enhancement of the skills of its participants covering entrepreneurship, innovation, and decision-making.

Tahrir Lounge aims at upholding the principles of civic education, as well as fulfilling the core values of tolerance and mutual respect. It seeks to spread this culture through the building of a community that coexists regardless of differences; organizing events and workshops across various fields in Cairo and other governorates.

Tahrir Lounge is a non-profit project of the Goethe-Institut and supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.

Selected activities of Tahrir Lounge

Tahrir Lounge Active Citizens program

This program has aimed to empower the youth, through a set of activities that enhances their Active Citizens capabilities and campaigning for Active Citizens engagement through workshops, seminars and similar events. The Tahrir Lounge provides support to the Egyptian youth from different governorates. It offers various soft skills workshops, which empower participants to build their start-up projects and to better compete on the job market. The program also conveys values of diversity and tolerance.

Howa & Heya debate club

The Tahrir Lounge, in cooperation with Salemah Foundation for women’s development, has conducted “Howa & Heya Debate Club”, which is intended to foster critical thinking abilities in gender discourse. During the discussions, participants were asked to research and defend a stance they may or may not support. For decades, Egyptian women have been suffering from discriminatory and marginalizing practices alongside an unprecedented degree of social violence against women. Public spaces have become more restricted for women. Their civil liberties, such as the right to work and freedom of mobility, have become increasingly threatened. Moreover, Egypt is ranked highly among countries witnessing a decline in the socio-political status of women. In 2016, it was ranked the 126th position worldwide on women’s rights according to the Global Gender Gap Report. Additionally, the country ranked the 95th out of 125 countries in regards to women holding ministerial positions. Furthermore, Egypt recorded a drastic decline in economic opportunities for women compared to previous years. As for the percentage of women to men in the labor force, Egypt ranked 130 out of 134 countries, as the percentage of unemployment among women is four times higher than men. Howa & Heya debate club provided a fertile ground for the exploration of timely and controversial topics of gender. The use of in-class Debate as a pedagogical method encourages critical thinking and intellectual development for both students and instructors; it also provides an opportunity for gender topics to be explored, utilizing research findings and sound intellectual arguments. Throughout the program, participants got acquainted with global and interdisciplinary approaches to gender. They have also learned to work with information and research to enhance their understanding of the topic. Moreover, participants have been challenged to develop research-based, solid arguments for a view they may not personally support. Additionally, they have been trained to compete openly on controversial issues so as to formulate their own stances by listening to various arguments and contributing to the debate. The debate program relies on the strength of the debating team, who should be fully equipped with facts and critical knowledge that supports women’s full inclusion in civil society, and is critical of the patriarchal structures that marginalize women. Each team is composed of three members. Debates are held in the presence of public audience, and could be broadcasted.

Creative learning program – character building

The program was aimed to embed civic education values, namely, critical thinking, responsibility and teamwork in school educational curricula. These civic education values have been taught through interactive activities created by the teachers after the training they had received through the TLG project. The program provided teachers with interactive tools that they can use for their classes. The TLG project has launched this program in cooperation with the National Centre for Childhood and the Ministry of Education. Four workshops have been conducted under the umbrella of this program, aiming to build the children’s character as well as to develop their creative skills. These workshops are: Team building through concepts of coexistence and tolerance, Creative problem solving – Critical thinking, Decision making within the group Alongside the workshops a number of events have been conducted to discuss the importance of embedding civic education in the school curricula, for example the project screened the “Alphabet” movie which addressed the different educational systems worldwide, followed by an open discussion on how we can apply civic education values in schools. The TLG project seeks to produce a curriculum for civic education. TLG carries on what had been achieved in 2017, and seeks to conduct the program in different schools in Egypt.

Tahrir Lounge Alumni – Initiators program

The main purpose of this program is to bolster the network of the Tahrir Lounge’s Alumni and to set an interactive platform for them to work collaboratively on community projects that target different segments of the society. The platform was a good opportunity for the Alumni to debate on ideas for projects and programs they can work on together. In addition, it featured a volunteer management program that matches individuals with volunteering opportunities in Egypt. In terms of the platform results, the program activities have been designed in a focus group session.

Goethe-Institute: TRAINING-OF-TRAINERS COURSE

Call for Applications for Civil Society Actors in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia

A Professional Development Training for Experienced Trainers of Civic Education Application

Background

Under the framework of the “Dialogue & Transition” programme supported by the German Federal Foreign Office, the Goethe-Institut has been implementing several projects facilitating mobility in the culture and education sectors and fostering exchange between stakeholders in North Africa, the Middle East and Germany. Recognizing the importance and strong potential of civil society in shaping societies, one of these projects in particular aims at strengthening civic education and active civil society organisations in the region.

Since 2014, the Goethe-Institut Cairo has been partnering up with the Center for Applied Policy Research (CAP) at the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, Germany, to offer the successful Training-of-Trainers Course on civic education once a year.

Moreover, efforts to strengthen links between civic education organisations in the MENA region and Europe have led to the organisation of two Civic Education Conferences (CEC) that took place in 2013 in Egypt and in 2016 in Tunisia. One of the main outcomes of the CEC 2016 was the launch of the NACE initiative (Networking Arab Civic Education), providing a platform to exchange knowledge and tools among civil society organisations and promote civic education in the MENA region. They were organised in close cooperation with the German Federal Agency for Civic Education (bpb).

Building on the previous trainings and the results of the CEC 2016, and in an effort to continuously adapt to participants’ needs, a further developed Training-of-Trainers (ToT) Course will be offered this year, targeting civic education trainers in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia.

The goals are:

To bring together trainers with different backgrounds (communication, leadership, organizational development, advocacy, media, art etc.) from civil society organisations from Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia in an intensive training on civic education
To achieve a stable pool of four country coordinators responsible for the structural implementation of training results and the continuous coaching of our qualified trainers in 2018 and beyond
To conduct civic education trainings as well as training-of-trainers courses on civic education in the participating countries in 2018 and the following years
To strengthen the network of NACE (Networking Arab Civic Education) through the inclusion of a wide range of civil society organisations in the Arab region

The Training-of-Trainers Course 2018

The basic training course 2018 will consist of three modules, taking place on the following dates (including arrival and departure day):

1^st Module: 6 – 12 May 2018

2^nd Module: 19 – 25 June 2018

3^rd Module*: 4-10 November 2018

Pre-training and network meeting for country coordinators: 4 – 5 May, 18 June, 3 November 2018*

*under the condition of the approval of the project’s funding

Each module will take place in one of the following countries: Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and/or Tunisia. The expenses for international flights and accommodation will be covered. The participants will receive a lump sum of 250,00 € in total in order to cover their additional travel expenses.

It is crucial that participants attend all three modules in order to pass the course. Upon successful completion of the program participants will receive a certificate by the Center for Applied Policy Research (CAP) at the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, Germany.

Aims of the training

The contents of the training are based on the experiences and discussions on civic education within the trainings of the past four years (tolerance, identity, acceptance of differences, gender equity, inclusion, leadership, project management and organisational development).

The three modules 2018 will enable trainers to customise and facilitate trainings on civic education according to their local needs. In an interactive exchange of modules and methods we will build upon your experiences of being a trainer and provide technical expertise of training methodologies and on how to best convey your knowledge. You will get to know important concepts and experience practical activities from a rich pool according to your specific needs.

You will have the chance to put the learned methodologies into practice in your country and receive feedback from the course trainers and the other participants. You will then plan your own workshop, test it in your community and continue to be coached throughout its implementation.

What will be covered?

The course will take into account your personal experiences and expectations. The first module will provide you with methods and concepts helping you professionalise your trainings on civic education. The second module will focus on implementation issues and specific needs in your country and your organisation. The third module will provide you with a training manual developed from the previous modules. You will develop a concept for organising and facilitating your own trainings.

Each module will also contain one field trip allowing for practical insights into the diversity of existing civic education initiatives in the participating countries.

Who can apply?

Organisations in the field of civic education can apply. They should be able to provide one to three trainers which are strongly linked to this organisation and also have the chance to structurally contribute to its development.

We are looking for experienced trainers and educators in the field of civic education, active citizenship, human rights, tolerance and related subjects who wish to strengthen their training skills while further developing their expertise.

These trainers should have the following profile:

Active in the field of civic education
Between 20 and 40 years of age
Experience in conducting training with groups
Motivated to plan their own trainings within their community in the future
Fluent in English, as it will be the language used in the course
Being ready for interactive, reflective and also surprising training approaches
Committed to attend and prepare for ALL modules and to be present from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm (sometimes 9:00 pm) on workshop days.
Committed to practice digital detox throughout the sessions in order to concentrate fully on the specific group learning process

We aim to include participants from different backgrounds and to have a balanced representation of women and men in the group. Moreover, we welcome applications from organisations putting forward trainers belonging to minorities in their countries, trainers who are migrants or refugees, and/or trainers with disabilities.

Organisations

We will select two to four organisations from each country with one to two trainers each, resulting in a participating group of 20. We will ensure a diversity of established and smaller/new organisations and a diversity of urban and countryside based organisations; the value basis of the organisations will be compatible with the recommendations of CEC and civic education as a whole.

Organisations will apply, not individuals. They have the responsibility to send one to three trainers.

Organisations have to have close ties to the trainers they send; they have to contribute to the project by supporting the trainers in organising and implementing trainings and events with the contents of the training in their respective country.

They will also be responsible for supporting the establishment of training-of-trainers courses in their own countries after 2018, giving their advanced trainers the chance to build up their own pool of trainers.

Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (IFA): CROSS CULTURE PROGRAMME

The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) addresses dedicated people between the ages of 23 and 45 working in socially significant institutions and organisations. For two to three months the participants work, live and learn in a different cultural environment. Each year around 80 professionals and volunteers from more than 35 countries take part in the programme. The participants come mainly from Islamic countries, countries of the Eastern Partnership and Russia. People from Germany who are interested in taking part in the programme can also apply. Participants gain international experience and intercultural skills from having the opportunity to work together in organisations or institutions. Host organisations benefit from the fellow’s expertise, local knowledge and their networks. Such short-term working partnerships often lead to long-term professional relationships and friendships. After having spent a period abroad, CCP scholarship holders engage in the exchange of experience and knowledge. The CCP network consists of more than 600 alumni and is still growing. Fellows can incorporate the experience gained abroad into the day-to-day work of their home organisation.

From Morocco to Bangladesh, from Germany to Saudi-Arabia: in more than 30 countries former participants of the CrossCulture Programme (CCP) alumni meet regularly to further their professional education, discuss projects and share experiences. Therefore, the CrossCulture Programme has a far-reaching impact beyond the scholarship period. The exchange of experiences and knowledge with and between the alumni lies at the heart of ifa. It encourages dialogue and supports cooperation and projects of alumni. Former fellows profit from ifa’s subject-specific information and possibilities for project grants. As experts, they have the opportunity to help shape ifa activities. Since 2005 more than 600 persons dedicated to civil society have been supported through the CrossCulture Programme. Ifa alumni are part of a community of open-minded citizens that promote free dialogue between people and cultures. They all are united in their commitment to cultural exchange, freedom of speech and art, justice, peace and peaceful conflict resolution.

To connect current and former scholarship holders, ifa relies on committed supporters within the countries: CCP Country representatives. They stay in close contact with ifa, organize alumni meetings and prepare new CCP-fellows for their upcoming time in Germany. Furthermore, they are important contact persons for incoming German participants as they are able to give practical and cultural advice for the respective host country. CCP Country Representatives are often in contact with the German diplomatic mission abroad to advise them on questions regarding the programme. Every two years the volunteer position circulates.

The CrossCulture Programme offers working assignments in the following fields:

The German Commission for UNESO: Internship Program for young women from Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia

The German Commission for UNESCO is looking for young, dedicated women from Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia to assist in cultural and education-al institutions as well as UNESCO sites in Germany!10 young women are invited to gain professional experiences in German UNESCO sites, cultural facilities and schools. Participants will get a monthly stipend to cover expenses, travel costs will also be partially covered.

The program will take place from September 1st until November 28th and re-quires a good or very good level of German. Application deadline is April 15th!

Goehte-Institut Cairo: Alumni Performance Participation

For the first time since the start of the Dialogue & Transition Alumni Program, the Goethe-Institut Cairo will host an Alumni Performance Day for our Alumni from North Africa and Middle East.

The Performance Day will take place on Saturday, 14th of April 2018 at the Goethe-Institut Cairo branch in Downtown (5, Sharia Al Bustan, Downtown).

This is a great chance for the Alumni to present any type of performance, entertainment piece or hidden talent that would benefit the audience and would connect more people.

So if you can think of any topic, performance or entertainment theme that you see yourself an expert in and would like to present to your fellow Alumni, please send us your idea in detail (performance type, duration ,setup, number of performers , etc. ) and you might be selected to present your creative idea.

Please note that the Goethe-Institut Cairo team will choose the best suitable ideas for this event to be presented.

Regional Database for Civic Education Actors in the Arab World

DEDI- The Danish Egyptian Dialogue Institute is planning a regional database as a platform for a mapping, which intends to provide the base to establish a strong platform with 100+ active entity in the CE field in the Arab region. The mapping is a stepping stone to develop a platform. This platform will be an open door to share all different kind of opportunities, all the current activities and challenges that face the selected entities.. It represents ten countries, namely: Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Sudan and UAE. The output of the mapping is based on a desk research, open online survey, and phone interviews, which altogether guaranteed a clear and comprehensive process to all mapped entities in our ten selected countries.
